• Shopify store data required to provide the service (e.g., products and product metafields)
• Store metadata needed to run scheduled actions (e.g., shop domain, timezone, publication id)
• Billing information provided by Shopify's billing API (e.g., charge status)

We do not access or store customer payment details. Billing is handled by Shopify.

Information we collect directly

• From merchants: We don't collect information directly from merchants beyond what is provided through Shopify APIs (store data such as products/metafields, store metadata such as domain/timezone/publication id, and billing status).
• From merchants' customers: We don't collect information directly from customers, and we don't use cookies or tracking technologies in their browsers.
• App usage logs: We generate operational logs and records (e.g., settings and execution history) to provide and improve the service.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Identify products whose metafields indicate an expired date/time
• Update product status or publication state according to the configured rules
• Provide impact count results and execution history
• Support billing and access control

Data storage and retention

The App stores operational data in cloud storage for a limited period:

• Execution results are stored for a limited time (e.g., 30 days)
• Run logs and settings are stored to operate the service

Data processing location

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you are located in the EEA/UK or other regions, your data may be processed and stored outside your country or region.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent data. We only share data with:

• Shopify APIs (for required operations)
• Cloud infrastructure providers used to run the service

Security

We use encryption at rest for access tokens and follow standard cloud security practices.

Your choices

You can uninstall the App at any time. Uninstalling stops further processing.
