What does the app do?

The App automatically updates product status or publication state based on metafield values (date or date_time).

What metafield types are supported?

• date
• date_time

What actions are supported?

• Unpublish from Online Store
• Draft
• Archive
• Unpublish targets products currently published on Online Store.
• Draft targets products in ACTIVE or UNLISTED status.
• Archive targets products in ACTIVE, DRAFT, or UNLISTED status.

Why is the impact count lower than expected or products not changing?

If the result looks off, check the following:

• Is your store timezone set correctly?
• For actions that affect Online Store visibility, only products currently published to the Online Store are counted.
• If the store timezone was changed recently, open the App and save your settings once to apply the new timezone.

Does the app modify theme files?

No. The App does not edit theme assets or add theme app extensions.

How long after expiry will changes be applied?

Within 1 hour.
